Ashley Rogers was born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming. From a young age, she knew she wanted to pursue a career dedicated to helping others heal and regain the ability to do the activities they love.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Black Hills State University before continuing her education at the University of Mary, where she received her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Throughout her education and clinical experience, she found herself consistently drawn to working with children, and pediatrics quickly became her true passion.
As an occupational therapist, Ashley is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that empowers children and supports families. She is constantly striving to stay current with emerging research and evidence-based treatment strategies, ensuring that the children and families she serves receive the highest quality care possible. Ashley is also a Certified Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist and understands the importance of evaluating and addressing foundational skill sets to support a child’s overall development and long-term success. By identifying and treating underlying barriers, she helps children build the strong foundation needed to participate confidently in everyday activities.
Becoming a mother has given Ashley an even deeper appreciation for the importance of early childhood development and has strengthened her empathy and understanding of the unique challenges and joys families experience. She is passionate about helping children build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their daily lives and reach their fullest potential.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family. These interests help her maintain balance and further reinforce her appreciation for active, healthy lifestyles and meaningful family connections.
